Synopsis For Massachusetts And Rhode Island Coastal Waters:

A cold front will move south across S new eng today and into the waters
this evening. Large Canadian high pres will build south into new eng Wed
and Thu with prevailing NE flow. A cold front will move into new eng and
the waters late Fri and Fri night...then high pres will build east from
the upper Great Lakes Sat.
