Synopsis for Massachusetts and Rhode Island coastal waters:
 
High pres moves off the mid Atlc coast today. Another low  pressure
will track NE from the mid Atlc coast and pass south of  New Eng
Sat. Gusty NW winds will follow on Sunday. High pres  builds to the
N on Mon, then another storm system moves into New  Eng Tue. Low
pres moves E of New Eng Wed.
