Synopsis for Massachusetts and Rhode Island coastal waters:
 
Low pres in eastern Canada will continue to lift north and move
further away from the region today. High pres then gradually  builds
in from the west and moves over the waters on Wed. The high will
move east of the waters on Thu. Low pres will then pass well to our
northwest on Fri, dragging a cold front across the waters  on Sat.
