Synopsis for Massachusetts and Rhode Island coastal waters:
 
Winds will be light and variable today with seabreezes at the
shores. Weak high pres builds over the waters on Thu, then shifts
east on Fri. A cold front approaches from the west on Sat resulting
in increasing southwest winds and showers likely with the chance
for tstms. The front moves through Sat night, followed by high
pres building over New England Sun and Mon.
