Synopsis for Massachusetts and Rhode Island coastal waters:
 
One cold front over Cape Cod and Nantucket moves offshore today. A
secondary cold front moves across New England this evening and then
offshore overnight. High pres builds over New England Fri,  Sat and
Sun. The high builds SE of the waters Sun night. Another  cold front
will cross the waters Monday night.
