Synopsis for Massachusetts and Rhode Island coastal waters:
 
Increasing SW flow today ahead of an approaching cold front. The
cold front will cross the waters tonight with high pres following on
Thu and Fri. Mariners should closely monitor the track of Dorian
which is expected to pass well southeast of Nantucket Fri night
and early Sat, but should bring strong northeast wind gusts to
the waters and building seas. Please visit www.nhc.noaa.gov for
the latest expected track and potential impacts from Dorian.
