...TROPICAL STORM WARNING IN EFFECT...     <a         Synopsis for Massachusetts and Rhode Island coastal waters... Hurricane Dorian is forecast to bring tropical storm conditions to the waters tonight into Saturday morning as it passes well SE of Nantucket. Dorian will then track northeast passing near Nova Scotia late Saturday.
