Synopsis for Massachusetts and Rhode Island coastal waters:
 
As the cold front shifts offshore, NW winds will increase to gale
force this morning and continue into tonight before slowly
diminishing. High pres builds across the waters Sat, then shifts
offshore Sat night and Sunday. A cold front approaches the waters
from the west Sunday night, sweeping across the waters early Mon.
Low pres develops close to the mid Atlantic coast Mon night, then
pushes northeast across eastern Massachusetts and the coastal waters
Tue.
