Synopsis for Massachusetts and Rhode Island coastal waters:
 
An ocean storm tracks well south and east of the waters today into
tonight. High pressure builds across the waters Thursday. A cold
front moves across the waters late Friday and Friday night.  Another
weather system passes to our south over the weekend,  bringing a
chance of rain Saturday into Sunday.
