Synopsis for Massachusetts and Rhode Island coastal waters:
 
High pres builds S of the waters today. This high will move off  the
mid Atlc coast Wed, allowing a strong cold front to approach  our
region from the W. Low pres over the Great Lakes Wed will  track
across nrn New England into the Gulf of Maine on Thu. High pres
should arrive Fri into Sat.
