High pressure builds south of the waters this afternoon. A warm
front will lift up over the waters on Friday. Low pressure moving
off the Maine coast will drag a cold front thru the waters Saturday.
High pressure will cross the waters Sunday. For Monday High pressure
to the north combined with low pressure moving towards the mid
Atlantic coast will result in east winds increasing.
