Synopsis for Massachusetts and Rhode Island coastal waters:

Thunderstorms developing late this afternoon into evening. Low
pressure moving off the Maine coast will drag a cold front through
the waters early Saturday. High pressure will cross the waters
Sunday. On Monday, high pressure to the north combined with low
pressure moving towards the mid Atlantic coast will result in strong
easterly winds.
