<span-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Crew changes are being permitted.  Offsigner flights need to be vetted by CBP in advance.

<span-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Shore leave is permitted on a case by case basis by CBP.

<span-family:"Arial",sans-serif">There will be no restrictions on services provided to the vessels (techs / etc). They are leaving it up to the individual company to follow their own response plan to determine if they should board a vessel or not.

<span-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Presidential Proclamations have placed entry restrictions from persons arriving from or through the following countries: Iran, China, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland, United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland.
