<span-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Crew changes are being permitted.  Offsigner flights need to be vetted by CBP in advance.

<span-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Shore leave is permitted on a case by case basis by CBP.

<span-family:"Arial",sans-serif">There will be no restrictions on services provided to the vessels (techs / etc). They are leaving it up to the individual company to follow their own response plan to determine if they should board a vessel or not.

<span-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Presidential Proclamations have placed entry restrictions from persons arriving from or through the following countries: Iran, China, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland, United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland.

<span-family:"Courier New"">bring a around of showers and a few thunderstorms to the waters late

<span-family:"Courier New"">through the afternoon. Northwest wind gusts of 25 to 35 knots will

<span-family:"Courier New"">follow Thu night into Friday night behind the cold front. At the

<span-family:"Courier New"">same time...Hurricane Fiona will pass well east of the waters. Large

<span-family:"Courier New"">southerly swells from this Hurricane should arrive in the RI and MA

<span-family:"Courier New"">waters Thursday and especially Friday. Canadian high pressure will

<span-family:"Courier New"">then build from the Great Lakes to the mid Atlantic by Saturday.
